These terms are an agreement between you and Easyimate ("Easyimate", "we", the service at easyimate.com) for your use of easyimate.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Easyimate turns the topics and scripts you provide into animated explainer videos, using AI to draft scripts and storyboards and to generate voiceover and music. Features may change as we improve the product.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Easyimate.
Don't use Easyimate to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people or organisations, harasses or misleads people, or promotes violence or hate. Don't try to overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance by Stripe. Each plan includes a number of credits per billing month; AI steps (generating, rewriting, previewing and exporting) use credits as shown on our pricing page. Credits reset each billing month and don't roll over or carry cash value. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We work to keep Easyimate running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can stop using Easyimate and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breaches of these terms.
If you have a concern, please email us first at hello@easyimate.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
