Easyimate ("we", "us") is the website and service at easyimate.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use easyimate.com and how we use it. Questions: hello@easyimate.com.

What we collect

Account details — your email address and sign-in information, handled by our sign-in provider.
Your content — the topics, scripts, storyboards and edits you enter, and the videos, audio and subtitles we generate for you.
Payment records — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Basic usage data — such as jobs you run and error logs, used to operate and improve the service.
Fraud-prevention signals — your IP address and network provider, a random identifier stored in your browser, and a one-way hash of basic device settings (such as screen size, time zone and graphics card). We use these only to stop the same person from claiming free credits more than once, keep them for up to 12 months, and never use them for advertising or tracking across other sites.

How we use it

To create your videos, run your account, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support and improve Easyimate. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.

Your narration text is processed by a voice provider in China. Please don't put confidential or sensitive personal information in your scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep your projects (scripts and storyboards) while your account is active. Rendered previews and final videos are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically, so download them soon after export; you can re-render a project at any time. You can ask us to delete a project or your whole account at any time by emailing us; we delete it from our storage within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the service. We don't use advertising cookies.

Children

Easyimate is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users.
